A Sick Piano =\
Just as my piano is finally tuned up... the keys are messed up. My favourite D note (because my favourite key is the key of D, and this note is really important as other keys require it too) refused to pop back into it's original position should I use the sustain pedal. Why (with echoing effects of decreasing volume that go: "why, why, why, why, why... etc.")???!!! Could it be that my piano is getting old? Come to think about it, my piano is close to 9 years old already.
Hmmm, perhaps this could be a sign that I should practise up my keys of Ab and B more often since there is lesser usage of the D note? But then again, random keys would happily stick to the base of the keyboard at random intervals also. This is simply irritating...
Thought: Perhaps it's time to change the piano. But nah, that's quite unlikely considering that it cost my parents around $4-6.8 K.

Hmmm, maybe it has something to do with your piano tuner? Could he have made the keys so heavy that they (the keys) now have no choice but to obey gravity?

Haha, that could be possible. But then again, when I requested that he made the keys somewhat heavier, he told me that he would have to change the entire set of keys and all (which meant a HUGE sum of money).
In the end, I decided to perish that thought (obtaining a heavier set of keys). Little did I know that perishing that thought led to the perishing of my piano key(s) (well, I'm not too sure if it's one or 3 keys, because although D [do you call it middle D? Read on for the context] is stuck, F and middle C would get stuck randomly. No idea what you would call that. Hmmm, gravity-obedience-induction of some sort?).
Did that happen to your piano before?
Haha. Talk about sticky keys. I was about to mention that the piano in my house is twice as old as yours but then... Yours would probably experienced much much more finger hammering.
Maybe you can suggest to your parents selling the impressive set of Swarovski Crystals on the top of the piano. I believe you should be able exchange a grand with that. Heh.
